By day, our charming little building is a coffee shop and bar...but by night, we are a unique rental venue. When you rent our building, you will have the entire place to yourself, creating a completely private party for your guests. Complete with your own bartender, chef, and barista, our venue offers a one-of-a-kind experience.

Rental Option #1: $800 Rental Fee (for 5 hours Friday-Sunday between the hours of 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM)

 Details for Option #1:

• Non-refundable fee of $400 due at booking with remaining $400.00 due two weeks prior to event date.
• There is an $800 minimum tab for food, cocktails, and coffee can be paid individually by your guest or one tab at the close of your event (60 people equals roughly $13.33 spent per person to meet minimum tab) If the minimum tab isn't met the difference will be paid in full at close of event.
• $1600 EVENT TOTAL

Rental Option #2: $300 Rental Fee(for two hours Sunday through Saturday between the hours of 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM)

Details for Option #2:

• Non-refundable rental fee due at booking

• There is a $300 minimum tab for food, cocktails, and coffee can be paid individually by your guests or one tab at the close of your event. If the minimum tab isn't met the difference will be paid in full at close of event.
• $600 EVENT TOTAL

**No outside food or drink allowed (exception for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies)
